6. Health Disclaimer
CLUBTOWN is designed for fitness tracking and entertainment. It is not a medical device and should not be used for medical purposes. Always consult with a healthcare professional before starting any exercise program. Use the App at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
CLUBTOWN is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to injuries during exercise, data loss, or service interruptions.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
